Established in 1979 as Broomhill Garden Buildings by a husband and wife, our company has changed over the years and is now known as Coastal Garden Buildings to match our seaside location. Being a family-run business remains very important to us.
Today, the team consists of Martin and Rachael Penny. Martin started his journey in garden buildings in 1999 as the general manager at Broomhill Garden Buildings. He bought the company ten years later after the original owners retired, and he has been in charge ever since. Rachael joined the business in 2011 and became Martin’s wife in 2016.
With Martin and Rachael leading, the Coastal Garden Buildings family has expanded to include a team of fitters, some of whom have worked with us for over 20 years, and a sales team at our show site in Christchurch, Dorset.
We install beautiful garden buildings within a 20-mile radius of our show site, covering areas like Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, New Milton, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, and Southampton.
